Olivia has recently completed her Teaching Assistant apprenticeship at a primary school, gaining valuable experience working with children with a wide range of needs. Working closely with a non-verbal girl with ASC gave her insight into the importance of patience, creativity, and finding alternative ways to communicate and connect.

Olivia has always loved working with children and feels privileged to be part of their learning journey. She finds nothing more rewarding than seeing them grow in confidence and achieve their full potential. Olivia is also committed to her own professional development and looks forward to continuing to learn and build on her skills so sha can provide the very best support for the children she works with.
