With 30+ years in education, Sian is passionate about creating safe, supportive environments where every child feels understood, valued and able to thrive. She firmly believes in working closely with families, building strong relationships, and celebrating every achievement, no matter how small.

Noted by pupils and parents for her approachable manner and her willingness to go above and beyond, her priority is to ensure pupils are confident to take risks and make mistakes. She prides herself on her ability to ensure that all students can access their learning and thrive.

She is experienced in cross-curricular Quality Assurance and has high expectations of herself and others. Above all, she is dedicated to ensuring that learning is creative, innovative and enjoyable and that pupils in her care are happy, motivated, and challenged in their learning journey.
